PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our Project Managers are skilled at managing project designs from inception through close-out. Our strength comes in our ability to plan a project before the sitewalk and design process even begins.

At a minimum our project management services cover the following:

• Pre-planning meeting to establish benchmark deliverables, and to define  team member roles
• Coordination of all site meetings and existing site conditions
• Engineering due diligence and coordination as required to meet minimum facility standard
• Utility coordination (including fiber and power availability)
• Coordination of survey, geotechnical, and environmental services
• As-Built closeout review
